- Minimum order of 30 pieces (pairs) per design is required.
- Minimum order of $US 3,000 is required for each purchase order.
- Minimum of 10 pieces/ ring size/ color/ stone color is required for each design.
- We require the ring size to be within the size of 52, 54, 56 and 58.
"Sample order" will be subjected to 30% extra charged over regular selling prices, and will be granted only consistent buyers who has already made purchases. Minimum order of 5 pieces (pair) is require for sample order and not size assorted. Samples will be finished 3-4 weeks after deposit has been made and is nonrefundable.

All prices are quoted as F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand.
Deposit of 30% from the grand total amount in purchase order is required in term of cash or T/T before processing of production,
A 70% balance is required before shipment when the order’s production is done.
All orders with total invoice (excluding Shipping & Handling charge) lower than US$3,000.00 are considered "Sample Orders" and subjected to be paid in full when placing order.
For any purchasing order amount over USD 10,000, the letter of credit (L/C) is required upon receiving client's order.
Since our price is quoted based on F.O.B., Bangkok, Thailand Term, therefore, any transaction fee i.e. money exchange and/or transfer fees are to be at buyers’ liabilities.
Please fax us the fund’s transfer document as soon as possible to speed up production process and to avoid shipment delay.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In uncommon case, a surcharge may be added in case of significant raw material price increase and/or currency fluctuation.

Our production time takes approximately 6-8 weeks after received your deposit to our bank. However, the fund transferring process may takes up to 3 weeks in the bank process; therefore, cash payment against purchase making will shorten the delivery time. In some situations such as raw material shortage, full-capacity production, this production period may takes longer.

We can do production as per your design. Minimum order is 100 pieces (pairs) per design and 30% deposit prior to production is required. Your design’s exclusiveness is protected by our company to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to your designs. In contrary, it is customer’s liability and responsibility to make sure that the designs given to us are not patented and copyrighted, or copied from others.
If the minimum order can not be achieved at the first order, there will be a mold charge for US$ 100. This mold charge will be credited back to you after your order for this design reaches the quantity100 pieces (pairs) within 4 months.

Since our price is $US. F.O.B., Bangkok, Thailand, therefore, buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance charge.
However, for your convenience, we can arrange such requirements for you by charging you at cost.
We can arrange shipment via air parcel or other air couriers up to your preferences.
For buyers who have their own agents in Bangkok, we will deliver the packages to your agents free of charge. However, in such case, the prices are subject to 7% VAT local sale tax charge in addition.

Reimbursement or reproduction will be accepted only for items that are mis-produced from your purchase order or defected goods by our production line.
Any claim and return goods must be made within 15 days after received of shipment prior to our instruction. If customer fails to do so, all the expenses incurred such as import tax, custom clearance, storage charge will be applied and billed to the customer upon approval of the claim.
- No refund will be given after said period has expired.
- Returned goods must be in the original package.
- Shipping, handling and insurance charge are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charge for return goods are customer expense.
